POSITIVE HOSTS

KEYNOTES PRESENTATIONS

WORKSHOPS

MIND FOOD TALKSHOOLS

This presentation will help educators to convey to children and young people that we all have faults and shortcomings, and, everyone makes mistakes and experiences setbacks. Examples will be drawn from sport (e.g., Michael Jordan, Jessica Watson), the arts (e.g., J.K. Rowling) and business (e.g., frisbees & piggy banks).
The message is that always trying to be perfect is counter-productive and makes you more anxious. Instead, learning from your mistakes as well as persevering when faced with problems, challenges and obstacles helps you to achieve more success. It also helps you to be happier, feel more competent and move forward more quickly from setbacks.
